Heron Panel

This set of photographs (section enlargement and full image) is of an opalescent glass panel housed in a 6' x 4' freestanding mahogany easel depicting herons in a marsh setting. Some of its unique characteristics include the intricacy of design and fine execution in the copper-foil technique, the inclusion of heavily folded "drapery" glass accents and the range of textured glass utilized throughout.

A Chelmsford MA couple purchased this panel in 1989.
